I have set up CF in Col C based on the following criteria

Where the values in C2:C50 are the same as the values in C54:C200 or where the difference is within 0.10, I have applied a formula using conditional formatting to highlight those numbers in Yellow

However, if I sum the CF items in yellow in the range C12:C50 and subtract these from the total of CF items in yellow n C54:C200 ,it is showing a total variance of 210.76. The total variance should be small as the difference between each highlighted item is between 0.01 and 0.10. The difference in most cases should is 0.01

It would be appreciated dif you could check my formula and amend

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
Your whole logic is flawed. For example, there are 3 entries of -19.16 in the top section, and 14 of the same amount in the bottom section. Your approach treats them all as matched, but clearly the totals are nothing alike.

Hi Rory

It would be appreciated if you are able to provide me with a CF formula to resolve this

You have been told about cross-posting multiple times & should not need reminding.
