Change a vertical list into a horizontal chain

Hello,

Is it possible to change a list of numbers into a chain. In our business we have parts which replace another part.

For example

Part A replaces Part B

Part B maywell then proceed to Part C and D etc

Our system only allows this to be extracted in a simple list

Part A Part B
Part A Part B
Part A Part B
Part B Part C
Part B Part C

Is it possible to easily build the full chain, so the list gets converted to read

Part A Part B Part C Part D
