Change Dates And Site Names Automatically By VBA

HI All
I have a pivot where I want to change the date
a. (Column - Week Roster) change to current week Tuesday
b. Site (column - Site Name) = this should have the same value as given in F3

In the image attached - I have to get 9th Jan (current week Tuesday)
Site should be Naracoorte
