change format

Hello
I am wondering does excel has the function to change the format of a worksheet to another format when it loads or opens on excel

Excel Facts

Bring active cell back into view
Start at A1 and select to A9999 while writing a formula, you can't see A1 anymore. Press Ctrl+Backspace to bring active cell into view.
Sorry, I should make the question more clearier. Changing the format I mean I need to add more columns/rows, delete columns/rows, and enter numbers/texts etc...
Can excel's function do that or I have to create macro to do that?
Thanks

You could set the sheet up as you want and save it as a template and start working from it, you can't add more rows and columns the Maximum worksheet size is 65,536 rows by 256 columns, will that help?
