Change Icon Programatically

I have an Excel file that when opened, programatically creates a number of labels which are then embedded onto a selected worksheet.

I would like to change the appearance of each embedded label, using ICONs (.ico files) and the 'picture' option within the label properties. Is it possible to do this programatically ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Mark.

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
No need to worry. I have worked it out.

e.g. ActiveSheet.Label13.Picture = LoadPicture("path + filename")
