change the color of the text in a cell one day after creation of it

I want to announce to whom shared the sheet with him that I type a new text in a cell and after 24 hour the color of characters change.in the other word he could recognize if the text typed in the passed 24 hours or is older. any other suggestion to announce him to newly written cell?

If Excel says you have links but you can't find them, go to Formulas, Name Manager. Look for old links to dead workbooks & delete.

Using time could be quite a challenge as you would need to include the time in your cell and then extract this and compare it to the current time. You would then need to use this formula as part of a conditional formatting rule.

Could you not speak with the other person and agree that when you have edited the text you would change it's formatting e.g. highlight the cell(s), bold text, etc.

Since the messages are really written during the purchase process, it is imperative that they be changed immediately.

It is also challenging for other viewers to discern which message is fresh. The staff members' next task is to confirm that they have viewed these communications. One way to do this is by clicking on the recently entered text and altering its format.
