How can I make data in a column that I created with a formula actually become that number and not the formula. In other words, when I click on the cell now it shows the formula, I would like to turn that into the actualk number and eliminate the formula.
Thanks

Hi
Select the data you want to change
Move the mouse to the edge of the area
Right-click and drag away and back
Release mouse and choose paste here as values only
Hope this helps
