Changing cell value in multiple workbooks

Hi there,

I am trying to change a single cell (B10) in over 200 individual workbooks with different names. These workbooks are split over approximately 10 directories. Some of the workbooks are quite large (10Mb).

The cell is in a worksheet named 'Summary' in each of the workbooks.

The change is a simple numerical value swap.

Each workbook asks whether to Update Links on opening. I do not want to update links.

So, if anyone can tell me how to write a macro that opens, alters, saves and closes multiple workbooks I would be extremely grateful. I am of course happy to run a macro for each of my directories.

I am kinda new to macros so be gentle!

Many thanks,
Neil
