Got a problem, i have contact information for clients organized like the following:

E. Maria Airold
Manager
Office: (423) 111-1111
Phone: (412) 111-1111
eairold@msn.com
http://www.office.com

And I would like excel to take this data so if reads horizontally in just on row, not vertically in one column.

I'm hope there is someone out there that can help me with, what I am sure, is a simple problem to them.

Thanks so Much! Max Guet!

Excel Facts

Copy PDF to Excel
Select data in PDF. Paste to Microsoft Word. Copy from Word and paste to Excel.
Highlight the area you want to copy and copy it; Control V, then right click where you want to paste information and click on paste special. Make sure you check the box marked transpose. It should work, let me know.

actually, where the previous post said control+V then paste special, this should really be ctrl+C then paste special. Ctrl+C copies the information to the clipboard, and ctrl+V pastes it. you would have to copy it first before you could paste special.
