Hi
First time poster.
I am trying to create a formula where if more than 2 working days have passed since the date in the cell (A2), and the cell (K2) is empty, that the cell (K2) would turn red.

I think I have a formula that is working for "if 2 days have passed" but this is counting weekend days as well and not just Monday-Friday:

=AND(A2<TODAY()-2, ISBLANK(K2)

Can anybody help?
Thanks

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
How about
