Changing Page Setup for Entire Workbook

Is it possible to change the page setup for the whole workbook and not just sheet by sheet?

Also is it possible to set a workbook-wide header and footer?

This is for Excel 2004 Mac, but if you know how to do it on a PC that would be helpful too.
