Hi All,

I am creating a chart that shows the number of resources on my programme month on month for the next 2 years. The issue I am having is that where I am telling the chart to pick the data up from the length of information in the 'values' field becomes too long as I am selecting 24 pieces of information like the below:

=MI!$C$13,MI!$E$13,MI!$G$13,MI!$I$13,MI!$K$13,MI!$M$13,MI!$P$13,MI!$R$13,MI!$T$13,MI!$V$13,MI!$X$13,MI!$Z$13,MI!$AB$13,MI!$AD$13,MI!$AF$13,MI!$AH$13,MI!$AJ$13

Any ideas how I get around this issue? The data is not next to each other in the cells, otherwise I would have done something like =MI!$C$13:$AB$13

Excel Facts

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
I understand that the data is not adjacent, BUT, is it possible for you to set up some kind of area on the worksheet (maybe in a separate worksheet) that exists ONLY to capture the data for the chart ?
