I update a handful of charts each week which require me that I update the new data and select the new chart range. Is there a way to set up the chart so that the new data is automatically included in the range so I don't have to adjust it each time?

Do you add new data? Do you replace old data with new data? How do you update it?

If you are adding data, you should put your data into a Table: select the data, click Ctrl+T, etc. The chart should now be based on the Table. When rows are added to the Table, the chart will automatically include the new table rows into the chart data range. See Easy Dynamic Charts Using Lists or Tables.

Follow up if it's more complex than this.
