Chart in Excel 2007

This is a little hard to explain. However, I have a basic bar chart in excel. There are two data points. Company A and Company B by year. However, in 2007, the data is negative. The problem is my labels (2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007) are at the 0 axis, making them appear in the middle of the cart. I would like them to appear on the axis at below -20, how do I do that?
