I have a pivot table that includes the following information.
Machine Type (9 different types -need to show one at a time)
Month (need to show all months with data)
Criteria 1 Target (data) -each data is an average of a large data set
Criteria 1 Actual (data)
Criteria 2 Target (data)
Criteria 2 Actual (data)
Criteria 3 Target (data)
Criteria 3 Actual (data)
I would like to show the criteria target data with columns and the actual with lines.
Criteria 1 (target and actual) on primary axis
Criteria 2 & 3 (target and actual) on secondary axis.
I achieved this but when I refresh my pivot table, I lose my formatting. I also lose the format when I select a different machine type.
I am trying to report on the performance of production lines (individually) based on 3 sets of criteria which all have defined targets. the primary axis ranges between 80% and 100%. The secondary axis ranges between 1.5% and 25%.
Any help with this one would be greatly appreciated!!!
Thanks, Jim
