Charting Pass Completions - I hope

I have a data sheet that has three columns and over 100 rows.

The first column (A) is the number of attempts

The second column (B) has a "c" in it if the attempt was completed.

The third column i(C) s the date the attempt took place.

Each row may have the same date or may change as pass attempts and games change for different dates.

My chart has the date range from the beginning of the season to the end.

How do I show a line moves across the chart as the date changes through the season?
TIA
