Charts - y-axis scale

I am charting the average accuracy of audits by month. I wouldn't like the results of the audits that fell below 80% to show on the chart so I have the y-axis scale (minimum) set at .8. I would like however to indicate that there was audits for that month that fell below 80% by a line on the x-axis. Is this possible?

Here's how I would do it.
Let's say you have Average Audit Accuracy in column B.

I would make a new column Column C, and put in the following formula

=If(B1>=.8,B1,.75)
Paste Down.

Then Graph column C instead.
Make the Scale range from .75 to 1. Months with less than 80% should show as a point along the x-axis.
