I have a range of dates in one column for say the month of August and i want to check all the dates in that column to ensure they all fall within that month and return a true or false value in one cell only
I suggest that you update your Account details (or click your user name at the top right of the forum) so helpers always know what Excel version(s) & platform(s) you are using as the best solution often varies by version. (Don’t forget to scroll down & ‘Save’)
and what if i want to have a formula that checks the data in that column month on month without me having to change the dates. so the cell that returns true/false will look at the same range of data but compare it to say the current month or previous month?
