check box border in report

ALCON,

Does anyone know how to remove the border around a checkbox on a report either when the box is checked or not checked.

I have tried the way this website (http://allenbrowne.com/ser-52.html) has said to do it but with no luck.

figured it out. the format that was told to use was the wrong one.
