Check box enable Date/Time Field

Im looking for a way to have my "completed" check box, enable my completed date field. What I am trying to prevent is them filling in the date but not the checkbox. Im running reports based on both of them. Any ideas?

Something like this should work. Also, make sure you set the default property of your date textbox to enabled = false.

Private Sub myCheck_Click()
If Me.myCheck.Value = True Then
    Me.myDate.Enabled = True
    Me.myDate.Value = Date
Else
    Me.myDate.Enabled = False
End If
End Sub
