checking one drive status

Hi, thanks so much for your help, I would like to restrict my excel file from closing unless one drive is up to date, how do I check my one drive have been up to date/updated

Just thinking out loud: before closing, check filename and its last modified time/date on cloud and compare with its local last modified time/date.

That would do it.... do you have any code to retrieve date/time from cloud file (sharepoint)?
