I have a code that inserts a row and copies formats and formulas:

Sub InsRow()
Dim iRow As Long
iRow = 10
Rows(iRow).Insert
Rows(iRow + 1).Copy
With Range("A" & iRow)
.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteFormulas
.PasteSpecial Paste:=xlPasteFormats
Application.CutCopyMode = False
End With
End Sub

I am looking for a code that I can run after this function that clears the contents except formulas of a specific row only (row 10).

Is there an addition I can make to the above formula or a second funtion to do this?

thanks

You can use specialcells

Something like
