Is there a simple code that can look only at specified sheets in a workbook and clear just the cells and checkboxes that are not locked while at the same time keeping all the formatting in-tacked including any merged cells?

i.e An area for notes comprised of many merged cells and specific formatting. Want to clear just the typed-in-text notes but not destroy the whole note area.

Show numbers in thousands?
Use a custom number format of #,##0,K. Each comma after the final 0 will divide the displayed number by another thousand
Never mind, I figured it out.....Just in case anyone needs the code in the future here goes:

Code:
Sub ClearUnlockedCells()
    Dim WorkRange As Range
    Dim FoundCells As Range
    Dim Cell As Range
    Set WorkRange = ActiveSheet.UsedRange
    For Each Cell In WorkRange
        If Cell.Locked = False Then
            If FoundCells Is Nothing Then
                Set FoundCells = Cell
            Else
                Set FoundCells = Union(FoundCells, Cell)
            End If
        End If
    Next Cell
    If FoundCells Is Nothing Then
        MsgBox "All cells are locked."
    Else
        FoundCells.ClearContents
    End If
    ActiveSheet.CheckBoxes.Value = xlOff
End Sub
