Click on a cell in one sheet and open a filtered sheet within the workbook

Hi,
So this question seems to have been asked before but as i don't really understand VBA i'm getting confused so rather than jump on someone elses thread i thought i'd try posting here.

Essentially i'm looking to perform the same thing as here - How to double click on a cell and go to another sheet filtering the data

I have a 'Front Sheet' and would like to click on a Team members name (eg "Ron")

and for that to open a filtered (in this case by his initials "RT") version of the current workload (Where the "RT" is in Column D of Sheet "Current")

Can anyone help?
