Hello

I have a multipage spreadsheet and the numbers on one sheet will influence the outcome on the final sheet. I used the cocatenate function to string words and used the TEXT feature to pull the $ for the total amount.
My challenge is how do I keep the "$00,000.00" flexible in the TEXT forumula, as sometime the amount will be $0,000.00 or it could be $000,000.00?

Can someone show me the formula?

Thanks

Keith

How to create a cell-sized chart?
Tiny charts, called Sparklines, were added to Excel 2010. Look for Sparklines on the Insert tab.
Like this perhaps:

TEXT(A1,"$#,##0.00")

Can you give an example of the contents of the cells you are working with, what your formula looks like, what instance it doesn't do what you want, and what you would like the output to look like?

Edit: If Joe already got what you wanted, then forgive me for being dense! :)
