for instance before code.

Row ... Column A
1.............blank
2.............blank
3.............blank
4.............Henry
5.............blank
6.............John

after code runs..

This worked for me:

Code:
Sub Test()
    With ActiveSheet
        Do While .Range("A1").Value = ""
            .Range("A1").EntireRow.Delete
        Loop
    End With
End Sub
