Code to create userform

Is it possible to have code that can create a user form? I have a macro that includes the creation of a new workbook. It would be great if that macro could also create a userform for that new workbook. I've already designed the userform and I've exported it as a file. So, if I can't have code that creates the userform, is it possible to have code that imports a userform?

An alternative thought, rather than creating a new workbook each time, why not just make a copy of your workbook that contains the UserForm?
