Colleague can access an excel workbook on sharepoint/teams folder, but can't edit

Hi folks,

Random one here today. I have a colleague who can read, but not edit a workbook currently being shared on sharepoint/teams. Others including myself are able to do this, but for some reason they are having difficulties. We use Office 365 at my work, and I've tried helping them by trouble shooting, but coming up with nothing. This is only happening with this one workbook, I share others in the same way and I don't have these difficulties.
