I am trying to create a tracker that is based on days, and based on shift work. So on feb 1 column F7 i have the =C7/D7, which works, but then G7 i have =average(F7), which is working. But as you can seeif we move down to AE7 i have =average(F7,AD7) when i wasnt anything above 49% to turn green it wont work. As the month goes on, i am doing a 10 day rolling average percent, and anything over 50% should turnm green and its not when i was using the conditional formatting, 2 color scale. =AVERAGE(R7,AP7,R14,X14,AJ14,AP14,AP21,R28,AD28,X28) this is the format i have for the 10 day rolling avg percentage. How do i make each one change color based on the percent with this formula in the box? or do i have the wrong formula?
