Color code part of a string formula

[Captain Smith]

="APPLE SALES PERCENT IS "&TEXT('sheet1'!B2,"0%")

What can I add so that part the final cell reads:
APPLE SALES PERCENT IS 75%

so that the percentage shows up in red AND make the percentage a bigger font than the rest of the final string?
