In cell E20 I'm using this formula

=I3& " vs "&J3

to try and combine the content from two cells. Cell I3 shows 9/1/23 and cell J3 shows 8/1/23. Both are formatted with m/dd/yy, The goal is to display 9/1/23 vs 8/1/23 but it appears as 45170 vs 45139. No matter how I try and format the content in E20, I can't get it to display as desired.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance.
