Combing Portions of multiple rows into 1 row

I have a spreadsheet that has all identical data every 2 or 3 rows except for 8 columns that have unique data. I need to combine those rows into the 1st row in these unique columns and delete the old rows. Since the balance of the columns have same the data, deleting the old rows doesn’t affect the integrity of all the non-unique columns since they’re data is all duplicated. So it looks something like this:

A C E G H I J L M N
1 Sunbelt Rentals San Diego Eggs 2% Discount
2 Sunbelt Rentals San Diego Chickens Ducks 2% Discount
3 Sunbelt Rentals San Diego Roosters Dogs 2% Discount

Sorry, my Excel example didin't import very well. The animals are spread over several columns. No column has multiple data so no concern about copying over fields vertically. Any help you can provide would be appreciated. Far too many rows to do this manually. Thanks

Formula for Yesterday
Name Manager, New Name. Yesterday =TODAY()-1. OK. Then, use =YESTERDAY in any cell. Tomorrow could be =TODAY()+1.
NZ Kiwi,

What version of Excel are you using?

You will generally get much more help (and faster) in this forum if you can post your small samples (what you have and what you expect to achieve) directly in the forum.

To attach screenshots, see below in my Signature block: Post a screen shot with one of these:

Re: Combining Portions of multiple rows into 1 row

Thanks for the info, I tried Colo's screen shot poster but it's no longer functional. I've attached what I hope is the shot. I'm in Excerl 2007. I actually parsed it down enough to be able to do it manually but if you have some tricks of the trade on how to do this, I would love to see them.

Many thanks

NZ Kiwi,

It would help to see a screenshot of the beginning raw data, and a separate screenshot of the re-organized data.
