I have three pivot tables from three different sheets I have the agent name, the date of review and the # of reviews they did on that date which is a weekend date.

I want to sum the results by agent and date of review from all three tables into one cell. My concern is that if the data changes ie, another agent is added and moves the agent row down, it could mess with the data if I just simply sum from the three columns. Can anyone help me make this more simple?

All three pivot tables are set up like this, but since different sheets were started earlier or later, the dates would not line up in one column if all put on one sheet. however the weekends are consistant across all three sheets.

Whats the difference between CONCAT and CONCATENATE?
The newer CONCAT function can reference a range of cells. =CONCATENATE(A1,A2,A3,A4,A5) becomes =CONCAT(A1:A5)
