I have a spreadsheet with the following heading

Volvo Veh Debtors.xls
ABCDEFGHIJKL
1AccountNoCustomerFinancedByAccountBalance.0-5Days6-10Days11-15Days16-30Days60Days90Days120Days150+Days
Sheet1

The data will appears in column A:L

Where the value in column F to L is greater than zero ,then the entire row containing these value must be highlighted, except the finalrow as this contains "totals" where is in col Column B

Your assistance in this regard will be most appreciated

What is the shortcut key for Format Selection?
Ctrl+1 (the number one) will open the Format dialog for whatever is selected.
Code:
=AND(SUM($F2:$L2)>0,UPPER($B2)<>"TOTALS")

should do it ( when you select A2 up to column Ls last row before applying CF ).
