Compare cells and determine similarity

Hi, I'm trying to compare values in Column E starting from E2 to lastrow, and place the similarity in % resulting in column "I" with other existing cells in same column E. Data is filtered excluding empty cells in column E and sorted by value from same column E.

The solution can be either a formula or code.
