Compare from 2 sheets

i want to make a script wich compare a list of products.
I have 2 sheets. 1st sheet is an old list of product with:
A= Name B= Serial number & C= Price

sheet 2 is the new list:

A= Name B= Serial number & C= Price.

I want a script that compare wich are the modification in sheet 2 and list them in sheet 3

Something like this:

If B(sheet1)=B(sheet2) AND C(sheet1)!=C(sheet2) then write them in Sheet3

And any product wich is new in Sheet2 and is not in sheet1 and reverse.
Can anyone help me?

Or even not use the code: use similar SQL in your own query table - for a non-formula & non-code solution.
