I am looking for a simple code in VBA that compares a given date of a cell (cells(x,2)) to today's date. If the difference between the two dates is less than or equal to 3 days, I want to change the background color of cells(x,2) to red. I have used conditional formatting before but, I want to do this over an undetermined number of cells without maxing out the format limit.

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
You don't max out the format limit. It's just 1 condition, no matter in how many cells you apply the condition.
