I have two excel files. I want to compare a certain column's values, to see if file#2 has new values that are not in file#1. Also show the new values in a message box or a txt file.
You could use http://www.4tops.com/compare_excel_files.htm to do this. Comparison results are presented in html format. It's a commercial product, but has 30 days free trial, so it should work as a short term solution for your problem.
