Hi,

I have two excel files. I want to compare a certain column's values, to see if file#2 has new values that are not in file#1. Also show the new values in a message box or a txt file.

Could someone use macro to do this?

Many thanks in advance! :)

Sorry for not posting enough information.

Yes, the columns are fixed, say column A in both excel files.

The workbooks are pretty much the same, file#2 is the updated version of file#1
