% complete status for tasks

Hi all.

I have 3 dates and the amount of days it will take to complete task. Say:

Start date (20 Jul 2011) Q8
End Date (10 Aug 2011) R8
current day indicator NOW() (22 Jul 2011)
Total days (15 Days) V8

My Way of thinking (Total days = 100%) - (End Date - NOW() = XX), "%")

I used = NETWORKDAYS(Q8,TODAY())/V8 in S8 as this was the col. i wanted the answer to be in and it works perfectly! yay!
