I have a complex requirement for an Excel spreadsheet. I have dozens of columns with various data. I need to do some date comparisons in a few columns. Briefly, I need column W to display "Complete", "Planned" and "Overdue". Column T has the base date to compare. Column V has the day the plan was completed, if applicable. I currently have the following formula in cell W4:

=IF(ISBLANK(T4),"",IF(T4<TODAY(),"Complete","Planned"))

I have been tasked to add an Overdue option to column W for dates that are past the date in column T if there is no date in Column V. I have no idea how to get there from here. I've reached the limit of my formula writing skills. HELP!!!

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
