I have two columns in Excel, I would like to make a conditional Diagonal Border to the First column based on their values. For Example, The value in cell A1 if less than B1, then the diagonal border will be done.

Hi & welcome to MrExcel.
Unfortunately you cannot apply a diagonal border using conditional formatting.
Why not use a fill colour instead?
