I have a very simple data set where I want to compare Column A values to Column B. If A is less than B, highlight the cells. I have the formula in conditional formatting reading =(A2<B2). It is reversing my results. Any ideas??

Excel Facts

Return population for a City
If you have a list of cities in A2:A100, use Data, Geography. Then =A2.Population and copy down.
Change the applies to range, so that it starts in A2
