Conditional Format formula help

I'm trying to find a formula to use conditional formatting in cell E13 when 2 words appear inside B4:B8 from a list of words at E5:E9. I have attached a picture to visually describe what I'm trying to accomplish. Tried using Search and Find but cant figure it out
