Does anyone know the formula to do this:

conditional format for B10
if D10 is >50 and G10 is empty, turn B10 pink.

Also is there any way to do a conditional format on tab color?

Thanks

Excel Facts

Enter current date or time
Ctrl+: enters current time. Ctrl+; enters current date. Use Ctrl+: Ctrl+; Enter for current date & time.
Try

=AND(D10>50,G10="")

I don't think you can use the tab color in CF.
