I would like to black out or strikethrough lines that produce a #VALUE! result from a spreadsheet that uses a formula to produce a date. I've tried conditional formating but it does not seem to work for the #VALUE! result. Any suggestions?

Round to nearest half hour?
Use =MROUND(A2,"0:30") to round to nearest half hour. Use =CEILING(A2,"0:30") to round to next half hour.

Use a conditional formatting formula of-

=ERROR.TYPE(A1)=3

Although it might be best to handle a possible error within your formula and return something else.

Do you know how I'd highlight the entire row if this condition existed in one of the cells. I'm looking at doing this on a spreadsheet of 200+ rows.

Highlight all the cells in all the rows where you wish to apply the formatting. Then use this formula-

=ERROR.TYPE($A1)=3

Where A1 is the first cell in your formatted region.
