Conditional Formating Question

I have a sheet and the entire sheet is conditionally formatted so as if a certain piece of text in column A matches a set criteria then the cell is highlighted in Yellow.
My question is

Is it possible to then data sort by cell colour? But in a macro?
 

Excel Facts

What does custom number format of ;;; mean?
Three semi-colons will hide the value in the cell. Although most people use white font instead.
