Hi,
I have this database/list on one workbook with each row linked to a report/file.
Each time I receive a filled out report I just save it in the files folder.
Is it possible to show with a conditional formating if that link has been automaticaly changed since the last time I opened the database.
In other words, make a row with a red pattern if the report is not the blank one that I sent to be filled out.
Thanks for any help on that.
JP

I pasted the database in values only next to the linked one and made a simple conditional formating 'cell is not equal to'= relative cell of value database.
That does the trick.
Maybe someone has a better way to do it?
