Conditional Formating

Hi All,

I need to apply conditional formating on my sheet where data is Stored From A1 to BB11.

A1 to A10 contains data and A11 is a average value.

i want to apply following condition

Cell Background Green if Cell Value is less than avg value i.e. a11
Cell Background Red if Cell Value is greater than avg value i.e. a11

i have applied conditional formating in same and it is working fine but i m not able to copy it to all other cell.

Pls help...........
