I need a formula to put in Conditional Formatting for column H that will fill the cell a color based on the condition that the value in the cell is 5% or less. A second formula is needed that will fill the cell with another color if the value is between 5.01% and 10%.

Thanks in advance

How can you turn a range sideways?
Copy the range. Select a blank cell. Right-click, Paste Special, then choose Transpose.
How about
Excel Formula:
=AND(H2<=5%,H2<>"")
and
Excel Formula:
=AND(H2<=10%,H2<>"")
