Conditional formatting from multiple columns

So if a cell in column AN = "STOP" then I want to find all cells in column B that equal the corresponding cell to column AN, which would be in column AJ, and format all cells in column B that equal the text in column AJ. I created a "UNIQUE" listing that adds up all entries for a workorder and figures out it's defect rate and if it goes above a certain percentage I want to go back to the original column with multiple entries and highlight it Red.
